If you love boom bap I think you’ll enjoy this from the raps to the instrumentals. Very nice cuts on track 1 by DJ Philly C. I really enjoyed the pace and that every song has its own theme that it sticks to really well. That was definitely an intentional artist thing and I hope people can pick up on that and recognize the craft. There are parts where the vocals could probably cut thru a little more, maybe a dash of some high end but other than that very sonically pleasing. You can also listen to just the instrumental versions of the song if you don’t wanna listen to John’s dusty musty ass talk about credit card interest rates and shit so thats a nice little treat. This gets my stamp of approval you should check this out for sure but understand this is hip hop shit like real crafty stuff so know what you’re getting into.
