Project is meh. Its not bad but its not worth running back either. It has too many small things piled up that throw you off and take you away from it. The number 1 culprit is the mix, dude has this one very annoying double that he holds onto for dear life throughout most of this project. The beats are solid too but within those sometimes there’s just an extra sound or something incorporated that takes you out of it. The content here is a good time, dude can rap and has a solid cadence, also very creative as far as his singing choices but it felt like the engineer didn’t fully understand his voice or what he was going for so it all falls a bit short. A bit of elbow grease, splash of love on the mixing side, and a tiny bit of perfectionism and this could have been very unique. Till then, this can be set aside after a listen and we can all just wait and see whats next, and what he learns from this release.
