12 tracks is a good number for this, little over half an hour in length means itβs not too long, not too short, good track sequencing, solid production of 90βs infused Boom Bap mixed with equal lyrical content. Problem is I canβt tell who is who, who is rapping, nobody went above and beyond to make their presence felt; sound is a bit outdated, a lot of generic bars, sprinkled with flow. The features picked up slack where needed though. Nothing from this project had me wanting more, a couple tracks you can vibe to, a couple tracks that showcase their penmanship, but also allot of tracks that werenβt giving what is what was supposed to give. The vocals at times were hard to hear clearly throughout the entire listen.
Album is not trash, solid effort, but the swag and mic bravado is missing.
6/10 – W
