She was fighting the production and mixes the entire project. She can rap, she got dope cadence, solid flows, great track presence and highkey you cant tell me that she don’t got the Miseducation of Lauryn HIll on vinyl or at least CD. That being said, she was up against some very boneless, incomplete and non chunky beats. The contrast wasn’t there, the beats gave off cell phone ringtone but through your pocket vibes and it didn’t match the energy she was bringing. Small edits would’ve have significantly improved this project. If this is her production, not a bad start but some small structural integrity notes as far as speaker feel and such should be first on her list of things to start addressing. Overall not bad, enough to make me want to see what’s next.
