Rappers don’t make music like this anymore. This is someone who sounds like they loved that old Kanye sound, captured it, and never want to let it go, just improve it. The production on this is so dope, outside of saying each beat just feels like love, I don’t know how else to describe it. Soulful keys, unique but fun drums and all. Then you have an a polished veteran just talking fucking nice on this. His content, his tone, cadence, delivery, flows all just bounce around on the dope ass production flawlessly. This got the energy of that one friend who never tells people he raps, and is lowkey goated. This can be looped all day without question, anywhere. Sad part is, this positive, uplifting super dope side of hip hop gets no media play. In rotation.
