This project told me to buy a Kengol hat and a “kiss the chef” apron for this summer. Everything on this hit. Every feature, every rap, every beat. This is undeniably one of those projects that if someone doesn’t like it they are either a hater or racist, which is the ultimate form of hating. This is old school raps with new school quality and ideas, just flowing together. These dudes don’t sacrifice who they are or what they’ve been known to do for one second on this. Pacing is great. Every feature showed up and added dope contrast regardless of if Slum Village was carrying or not. The production has a dope mix that can be played around anyone, I would say even kids if you not afraid of them hearing a curse or 2. This is just grounded, positive, hip hop that can be played at any block party, cookout, kitchen, or just any headphones. In heavy rotation.
