If you a true Hip-Hop fan you’ll appreciate this body of work. This album made me nostalgic for a time in Hip-Hop history that’s come and gone. A time capsule of the the roots of Hip-Hop if you will. All the production sounds like it’s from the golden age of hip-hop that would have made any rapper of the time have a classic on their hands. It perfectly meshed with the flow and cadence of everyone on the tracks. All the features understood the assignment, and the pacing was well structured so you can play it from front to back and wont skip a song. With maybe a slight exception of track 8 which kind of sounds like an attempt at a more commercial sounding song. It can throw off a lot of folks, but I wasn’t mad at it. Overall, this is a solid project and if you’re into that hip-hop that’s supposedly dead, you’re gonna appreciate this project. In rotation.
