He jumped in head first into a Drake bag. The production, his cadence, flow, and honestly the subject matter were all similar to the Bisquick Bandit himself. Not in a bad way but the Drake sound stripped down to to this level is refreshing, you take out all the cattyness, the fame, the unrealistic social media drama, and you have why we related with him in the first place but from a whole new perspective. This is Canti just venting. The content is simple, relatable, and powerful if you been through it. This is him being at a point in his music career where it sounds easy, and now its time to focus on small things to bring it higher, the beat switches were appreciated for sure. This just needs a bit more flair from the production, maybe even more sonics via adlibs and such, and you could put him up against most mainstream mid tier acts. In rotation.
