Project is really dope. This is a producer working with an emcee to get something off his chest, but also not compromising his own creativity. The beats on here are dope and have a whole lot going on with them regardless of how smooth, slow or upbeat they are. Then you have Jamil really venting on this one, yea hes also dropping street gems, and talking nice but the emphasis is on him talking about the most recent and impacting shit that he went through and is still living with. The conversing skits honestly really give this that much more heart, they prepare you for more, but also give you an idea as far as mindstate and perspective before the raps paint the picture. Features all helped with this picture, this has some hooks, dope pacing and all of the dope raps. This one of those underground passion projects that honestly are enough to get someone more looks than they even projected or expected. In rotation.
