I know the lore behind Veeze, as an artist that doesn’t want attention, and dreams to seem like he doesn’t care about anything, fine, embrace your persona, that don’t make the songs good. Let’s forget about the autotune mumbling drawl of a delivery, the generic misogynist content, the overlapping punch ins, and the echoey crackling mix. If we disregard all of that, Veeze just isn’t a good rapper. That may be his point, and he manages to have a rabid following. Sheep feed into the hype but hip hop heads aren’t gonna want to pass on this one. It’s just a drugged out stream of thought that lacks consciousness.
