Project is a statement. This my first time hearing this dude and honestly I am concerned as to why the chip on his shoulder is this big. For a 7 song project I feel like I just listened to a 14+ track album strung together via blood sweat and tears. First song just grabs you, then a dance song throws you off, then boom the gas gets stomped the fuck out. This dude manages to rap his ass off, tell stories, sing his ass off, structure the hell out of these songs, and work perfectly with his features. On top of him doing the absolute most, these beats are super dope too, so much feeling, so clean, all the sonics and emotion. This got soundtrack energy and quality, the only thing that would probably throw some off is his English accent. Other than that, this is a passion peace and a masterclass in putting out something unique while still using elements we hear on a daily. In rotation, and im also tryna check out his catalog and whatever is next.
