Project sounds like it was mixed over a decade ago. I wasn’t mad at it, highkey I gravitated towards homie with the cold voice not so much dude with the extra crispy rasp. His raps was dope but he was just coming in wild hot on songs and it would either be acceptable or just a bit much for me. They was both rapping tho for sure, the production was a nice mix from some chill samples to some evil ones. Them just going verse for verse was cool and switching up the roles on some simple hooks or some that was lackluster was cool I guess but for a duo I wouldve liked a bit more back and forth action. Content was here very solid, fit the vibe of the mix but highkey feels like something someone found on cassette and decided to put it on all streaming. Not bad, you can feel the love for the golden era for sure. In rotation.
