Project is solid. This highkey gentrified street raps. Like he put on a suit and politely started talking that gangsta shit. Like a pg-13 remake of boys in the hood on disney+. Lyrically hes talking nice, hood stories and some street shit but over some relaxing like white people tik tok festival type production. The production is nice and all but the disconnect is real. Like when you listen to it, if you focus on one part of it at a time its a good time, but when you listen to both its a bit hard to mix. Its short, got 2 skits so its really 8 songs, and its calming even if hes talking a little reckless. I am not mad at it, its clean, quality is good, pacing is the same all around. You just gotta understand that all of our favorites from the last few good XXL freshman lists are gone now and this is pander to all versions of them, or the festival money white washed billboard versions of them, just trying to GET OUT a small hint of who they used to be. In rotation tho.
