This the non gimmicky, Stephon Urkel cool side of nerd raps. This dude is a genius. You got a bunch of super smooth dope beats and him absolutely packing it with the most meaningful content in the simplest way possible at face value. Once you look past how easy it is to digest, you realize the nutritional value of these raps could give you life. All the techniques in play, all the entendres and just deeper meanings hit. This is something to rap along too, cook up in the kitchen with, drive around to, and honestly first listen just feels familiar and timeless at the same time. All the jazz incorporated really give it that much more depth. Highkey we need rankings in hip hop, like martial arts belts or something because this dude is a 12th degree black belt in Hip Hop and I don’t care what anyone else thinks. Project is dope, and can be for fans or new listeners. In rotation.
