Project is grimey. I think the prayer moments on this add a bit of reality to it. A very real 90’s black household experience. Jiggs be rapping his ass off, talking nice, with all the bits and pieces of his life in it that really make you relate. He also has that big fella voice and cadence that will make you listen off the strength of it demanding it or that it will punch you in the face if you don’t. The features were dope, the production was a good time on this too. From the gritty boombap to more smooth tracks, cuts and all hit. Dope pacing, dope tying things together subject wise but honestly just a dope embodiment of the majority of that old school hip hop culture. Throw this on for a break from the now and let yourself hang out in the past a bit.
