Underground greatness, nuff said. This album was an interesting listen. On one hand you have impeccable rhyme delivery, flow and his way of putting words together is crazy dope. He even knows how to sing and incorporate it correctly on his tracks. And on the other hand, the subject matter on a lot of these were hit and miss to me. The best way to approach this album, is to just come at it from the perspective of just hearing dope raps from a dope artists with features that are just as dope on it. He has a lot of dope punchlines that I really appreciated and the production is all top tier. Very industry standard sounding. The double album might be daunting for the new gen to tackle but there’s a lot of good music you can add to your playlist. The only blemish on this album in my opinion was the “Back On My BS” track. Wasn’t feeling this song at all. Just sounded like a song a disgruntled, edgy rapper that listens to Joe Rogen too much would make. It’s like the most toxic shit you see on Twitter or in comments sections that we try to escape from when we listen to music, put on wax. Other than that it was a very solid release. If you’re into that underground rap that old heads would be like “Now this is real Hip-Hop shit right here” this is for you. In rotation.
