This one of the pioneers of the YN sound, but after therapy. He’s talking all the things that I normally would love, but in the most villainous ways, from love, to how he was brought up, to why he is the way he is, all the way to even him finding spirituality in religion and elderberry. The extremely melodic trap beats add alot of flavor that fits his style, so his sonics, autotune, and just mixing it up works hand in hand with the production. The subject matter really got me on this one, as melodic and vibe heavy as it is he was really venting, it showed allot of paranoia when it comes to lovers friends, allot of caution, confusion, depression, and him being a product of his environment. It had its super star, aggro thug moments but they still felt very honest and all had a back story to it. I’ve been preaching it a while but the honesty, and pieces of the artist will always add to the quality and believability, this is exactly how it should be done. Young dumb artists, take notes. In rotation.
