2 Chainz and Alchemist carried this. This project should have been better. Its not bad but I feel like the slow on slow that June brings to Alchemist beats is too dangerously close to boring. He has moments when he turns up and it works but its not as much as he should. This works because 2 Chainz adds a chaotic contrast to it that is both parts ignorant and slick, he’s not just saying he makes money, loves money, focuses on money, he’s doing it in a way that is unique and sometimes so insane that its funny. The production on this has the energy that it’s bigger than the rest of the project, complexity wise and depth wise. Its got its own atmosphere and the emcees are just supporting cast. When it all clicks its slick, drop down, bad bitches are here for exactly what they are here for energy. When it doesn’t its more, is this ever going to end than anything. Throw this on as some background music to feel and maybe even look cool to. In rotation.
