Project has a hell of an intro. You going into this ready for some R&B but get hit with a dope ass rap track that gets you in the mood for some raps. Then you get carried to the last rap song via back to back R&B bops. Fantastic pacing. The production varies but keeps a new age twist to it from trap, to old school R&B to just very uniquely dope hip hop. This has all the workings and quality of the new age but the soul of the old. The subject matter had its sadness but never skipped on the seasoning and confidence but in a cool smooth operator type way. It felt real, on top of being sonically advanced. Then you had dope features for contrast, and this dude doing EVERYTHING. I was here for this and honestly it’s so complete and well put together it’s my go to when driving at night with shades on. In rotation.
