This is about as clean as it gets when it comes to duo’s and chemistry. This is some absolutely buttery production laid under one of the smoothest emcees out. It would be hard to get any better than this. From the soul of it all, the subject matter, the emotion the clashing, all of it. It works, and goes above and beyond. Its got the energy of remember something so small but that will hit you hard when it does, like just thinking of hangout spots of when you were younger from front stoops, to curbs, to whatever establishment didn’t threaten to call the cops. The raps on here are for folks who wear glasses now due to age and are actually smart. There’s this underlying art to it all that ties it together that really pulls you in. If you rock with passion, and love for the game of hip hop, this project is a nice gift. In rotation.
