I just can’t get into his music. Hes lowkey very boring to me. I think the monotone dry voice thing works when hes singing and over the smoother production more than it does on everything else. When he sings I can rock with it, its sonically sound and hes uses it well as far as not making it too complex, harmonizing nicely and being catchy. Then you have the flash raps that just come off very generic and when they aren’t generic its extremely exaggerated, like kids telling stories. He closes out on a more honest, game dropping tip, and the production peaks at smoothness and it works, but when it hints at throwaways or him just filling up album space it loses me. Pacing isn’t great. There are allot of parts where songs just feel packed in. You can take some from this but overall when it hits that boring bag, it will throw off the whole vibe. I wouldn’t run this back in entirety. Im taking like 4 songs to go.
