This manicures to clean dirty fingernail music. It’s got a hard work type grit to it, but a lavishness as well. This is hood stories that don’t fully glorify it, its glorifying the work, the lesson, and the grind. Slick talk, bars, lingo are all here. The production got that Dead Presidents pool hall scene vibe to it, army jacket with a kangol energy. Pacing is dope, features are dope, some of the hooks are a bit weak but have that old school vibe that just brings you back a bit. The storytelling is dope man this like seeing clips of your favorite hood movies and bringing back what you felt when you first watched them. Throw this on, if you are never satisfied with what you got and want more, but also appreciate the journey. In rotation.
