Project is for rap fans who’s childhood started them off on smooth jazz. Project is smooth from the production to the emcee. It hits a point where its so smooth its safe, meaning its smooth but theres no bops or anything that like bumps or bangs. Its just 1 thing, and if you want to nitpick its got a whole lot of great lyricism on here but even that feels 1 dimensional in a sense and safe. The hooks, same energy. This had 1 feature who brought a nice bit of contrast but it wasnt enough to really give this album some much needed presence. Not bad just more along the line of dope background music that if you decide to listen to the lyrics you might be pleasantly surprised. In rotation.
