Skinny Gucci is back rapping like Fat Gucci. This is not the Gucci mane clone, or the sassy Post-prison B.G getting his hair twisted to Sexxy Red. This is Chopper City in the Ghetto B.G & 08’ Mixtape Gucci. While the 1st half of this album relies too heavily on a generic sound, the second half, introduces different production styles & that’s where the album starts to bang. No complex lyrics but the different flow patterns were actually impressive. Subject matter is the typical, I got money, I got haters, I’m a gangsta and I’ll steal your girl, but the production makes up for it. If Gucci had trimmed the fat on this album like he did in life, this good album could’ve been a great EP. In his mind though, this probably was trimmed as we all remember his “So Icy Boyz Finale” album with 80 tracks.
