Very underground sounding hip-hop with a holy twist. This EP was pretty dope. Dude can rap and he got a really dope delivery in his voice that lets you know how passionate he is about what he as about. At first listen it sounded like a typical rap, but as the EP went on, I noticed that it was a faith based artist and project. Wasn’t mad at it. Some of the stuff was a little preachy, but on some songs he was able to incorporate his message in a very dope way (i.e. track 5 & 7). The production was nothing special, but he did his thing with what he chose. Overall, It didn’t sound polished, not the most enticing subject matter as a casual listener and the cover left a lot to be desired, therefore I most likely won’t revisit this album again after this listen. Check it out and see if you get anything out of this.
