These 2 sound like they a few more seasons shy of being washed. Not to say its bad, but allot of this just doesn’t hit as much as 2 legends should be hitting. Inconsistent production, hooks, raps, features, theres allot on this that kind of leave you wanting more. That speaks volumes to a project thats 16 tracks. They were both doing what they are known to do but at a very laid back level. No one was actually snapping and outside of some weak features they let all the stronger features own the tracks. The skits were solid, 50 cent is always entertaining but it didn’t really tie the story together for me or matter to the songs that followed. Again its not bad, but it feels like radio fodder to just be radio fodder, and I was looking for them to black out a few times on this. Throw this on if you miss them or to just have something on and its got some joints but outside of that its somewhat forgettable as a whole. In rotation.
