This EP had me in the first half I wont lie. Project isn’t bad. At minimum it shows she’s got some versatility and is trying something new. When she was in her pop musical bag it really worked, it was fun, sonically pleasing and had more than enough bop to make you see and taste bright colors. It ends on a more aggressive Nicki Minaj rap type note, which wasn’t bad just didn’t hide the vulgarness as much and completely strayed away from what it seemed like it was creating. It just stopped being a Vagina musical and went straight to some aggressive ass pussy raps. Content is pussy raps and what not and honestly what this showed me was that Vagina music can be fun if its actually fun, has to be extreme to get some enjoyment out of it. Not bad tho, its like musically medicating the youth, its not awful in the moment, just the side effects. In rotation.
