That Seduction Production. This six piece is 12 minutes of vibey swag. Mellis vocals are crystalized in layers of sexualaity and confidence. With amazing instrumental choices that give her sultry harlem voice more than enough room to ring, WNTRS OUTCAST is a perfectly conceived project. It’s short, there’s no filler, just catchy rhythmic rapping at the timbre of city nights. Now for real, this album doesn’t speak to me, I don’t relate with all of it, but i respect the art. There’s no jaywalking here, everything is in its lane. Only thing keeping this from getting a perfect 10 is the bar work. When Melii does get into the rap bag its really fair to middling, and some clever punchlines could have tightened it up. Take this one out for a stroll.
