When the cadence and delivery is this dope, its a rare plus that hes enlightening and dropping gems. Project is very fucking dope. The production alongside his delivery bops enough to make you wanna throw weights, humans or yourself around for that exercise. When you dive in and really listen, you realize hes teaching lessons, and just dropping some very real world shit. This for the mind body and soul. You got a dope variety of beats that really bang in there own lane and create some dope pacing. Then you have him just hitting you with knowledge but not shying away from the technical side at all, wordplay, flows, on top of having a dope voice and cadence. Hooks are here and the features honestly really brought the tracks up that much. Put it all together and you have a very heartfelt album. In rotation without question.
