This gave me Jedi Mind Tricks nostalgia. DRE has a scathing, stay ready delivery combined with intricate rhymes and a solid feel for the tempo of the beat he’s on. I love this style of brutal wordy rap, and while the features didn’t really hold pace with DRE, none of them were super lacking. If you aint actually been out there committing some crime at a point in your life, this probably aint for you. It has that underground east coast, hooptie and hoodie lifestyle vibe. There isn’t a hit song here, but some good solid rap on beats that swing.
