The bar work here is pretty well crafted. It’s weird but a lot of the flows are just a little bit off. Even without pinpoint accurate delivery, this album is still better than most things coming out on the charts. This is median house hold income rap. Super relatable. These guys ain’t renting bentlys to flex. They got what they got and are good with it. Everything here is confidently aggressive. The only disappointing track was #5 featuring Ab-Soul, who is typically a top tier writer. It wasn’t bad, it just felt out of place. For the most part, the beats were very underground boom bap and while I like them, nothing stood out as a real banger on this album. This is a good listen if your looking to believe the stories an artist is telling you.
