This was cool release from one of the members of the FOD camp from Philthy Rich. It follows the typical formula that you’d expect from a FOD artist. It’s sort of like the Marvel movies that follow a specific formula that the studios know works. While it’s not a terrible project by any means, but as a consequence it’s not as memorable as it coulda been. For example track 4 shows the potential that this project coulda had of it decided to study the elements that made that song work and base the rest of the project behind that. The production is very dope yet a typical “The Mechanics” type beats that we come to expect from a FOD artists but with a couple new age production that are clearly inspired by the former producers mentioned. Overall, a safe by the numbers albums that I’ll take a few songs and leave the rest. Hopefully his next project is better. Check it out if you want.
