Project is solid. A bit too long honestly and the things that could have been taken out, also would have worked better if we got a bit more of it. For example the little interludes or those like 70’s horror or dance movie influenced tracks, have them one and done or 2 spread out amongst a 20 track project just makes them more forgettable than they deserve to be. The rest of this is just super dope instrumentals, with amazing basslines, uncle slug dropping his brand of real, relevant, im getting old, and sometimes melancholy. I as here for most of it, but could also understand that this might not hit for cats under 30. So if you want dope beats, simple rhyme structures but with deep meaning and a splash of some vintage horror or dance movie soundtracks, this project is for you. In rotation.
