I get this is his “last” project but its mad fucking long. Cut that out. Its solid, but wouldve been better if a solid 10 tracks were cut. Its like a classic, with sprinkles of filler, wack beats, and weird tracks taking away from it. Its classic game tho, all the name drops, all the flow mimmicks (even when the feature isnt on the track) its all here. Story telling, old stories, new stories, punchlines, flexing, hood shit, woke shit. Its got it all. pacing is ok, quality is here but the consistency is strange when it comes to production. I wont lie some of the re sampled classic samples werent given justice and some of the “remakes/flip/sequel” to tracks werent done justice either. It still solid. If you know game you know what to expect, but leave it at that. Mostly in rotation.
6.5/10 – John D.
