I dont know if the echo is intentional or what but it sounds like you recorded this in a bathroom or with some soup cans and didn’t even try to get rid of the echo. He’s got some bars I guess but the poor sound quality makes this hard to listen to. Up the recording quality get a better engineer and ditch the soup cans.
