You really cannot go wrong with this formula of bumpy beats and old head hatred. These beats all bop and bang. Then you have Maddog just coming on with that energy. He’s got a scary 70’s movie black uncle voice, that demands your attention. He’s got the same energy too just cooking the shit out of the new age, rappers, people and just shitting on all the weird shit that’s acceptable now, but bouncing from, straightforward, clever or even funny ways as far as delivery. Slightly pre golden era flow but he does not shy on the wordplay, punching and profanities. Solid hooks, I think these could have made a bigger difference if they were slightly more outside of the box or just had more flair. It all still works tho, it’s very hip hop, it’s very white knuckle, but also heavy on the big gold chain sports jersey uncle rather than the full suit wearing uncle. Throw this on and enjoy some hilarious negativity but in the most hip hop way possible. In rotation.
