This reminds me of Bay Area Mob music, but from an East Coast artist. This album was as aggressive as it was melodic. The way he switched back and forth made the pacing enjoyable and kept things fresh. The production was dope and the features I can take em or leave em. I gotta say, when the album focused more on the melodic side I enjoyed it more. I can see those tracks appealing to a wider audience, although I ain’t mad at the Agro Thuggery of the other tracks. The main star of the show is solid. He can rap and has a dope cadence that fits well with the style of music he makes as well as the beats he raps over. Overall, solid album. in rotation.
