Older rappers are just better than younger ones, and this generation has no answers for that. This right here is balanced raps. You got the flash, you got the addressing the culture, you got all the shit he likes and you got him just showing you that ageism in hip hop means nothing, you just have to be smart and say dope shit. It’s a bit long with some skits that were hit or miss but that don’t take away from the fact that every track was heat. The features all showed up and he lead the way. Everything about this was hitting, the production knocked and it never felt like he was stuck in the past or anything that most young cats would expect. That test of time held up against the griselda boys and Method Man out here sounding newer than them as far as flows and just energy. Whole project went hard and honestly whenever him and ghost were on one, that’s the energy that really makes us want another duo album since we got a Wu one this year. Throw this on if you at that point in life where you know what kind of whiskey you like and drink it for taste. In rotation.
