This as grounded as it gets in this hip hop game. This is an old fashioned straight to the point hip hop album. You got 4 plus minute tracks. Co signs on this as skits. Solid features, dope beats and dope raps. The pacing is dope and it honestly pulls you in to get you in tune to him, his style, his life and his experiences as a student to this game. The history in this one is real and he is making sure that it is recognized. Its long but please believe he is trying to wake people up. Dope cadence, big presence on the track and a nice simple bag of flows really makes it easy to follow as he delivers consistent heat track after track after track. It’s got hooks whether its simple or features getting busy, it’s got contrast and honestly a whole lot of heart and soul. Throw this on to remind yourself what hip hop is and always will be.
