Love him or hate him he is very consistent. All around its a solid project, dope beats, dope variety, dope raps, hooks, singing and 1 wack ass feature. The subject matter varies, bigger picture its him bouncing from mainstream shit to some honest stuff. I tend to sway more towards the honest stuff because it’s better content and he seems to put more into it. When he’s bragging about being rich it’s very stale, we’ve heard it a bunch and honestly comes off corny, like that kid who dressed well and always had shape ups in highschool but got no bitches, they never understood why they were corny, or why everyone else took the bus to school and didn’t get dropped off by their parents. That being said he can make some good ass music and as good as this is, it feels like a 19 track heat check that he can just effortlessly drop. The consistency makes you think, what could he drop when he truly locks in. Either way throw this on and I promise you a white person will be like “yo bro I fuck with Russ too” in rotation.
