He probably felt like people weren’t putting him in the Frank Ocean boat, so he pulled a Frank Ocean and dipped. This is how you vanish for a hot lil minute then comeback with that darkness. Project is melancholy gold but got its moments where you can shake your ass, and not in the typical twerk because any other movement will expose your legs don’t match ya cheeks. The dance on this requires arms and soul. The rest of it is all soulful darkness, just making you want to take a nightly walk in the rain. Great production, beautiful sonics, and him just tying it all together with an almost like film noir type vibe. Its beautiful, its dark, its sad, it’s fun, got that sonic type fusion, and honestly allot of angst. I was really getting a destruction for reconstruction vibes. I really vibed with this one and feel like most lightskins will. Throw this one on and scare the hoes while pretending to be mysterious. In rotation.
