The entire time I couldn’t help but think this project could have been so much better. Not to shade it it’s just it was an ongoing fight on whether I was rocking with it or felt let down. From the quality, to the subject matter, even the features. It had moments where the track would slide, then had moments where the quality would dip, or the production was mid and the tracks blended into one, or even the 2 like lovey dovey corny tracks that just weren’t it. Then you have tracks that felt like where he was from or even that last banger of a track that gave you a whole lot of him that honestly lowkey hurt but made me want to check out more of his catalogue. You can tell this was a mix of fun, passion and just getting something out there. I will give credit tho it feels like hes just scratching the surface, I just hope it all comes together and he really leans on his storytelling and more honest raps. Its solid with good variety and a clear knowledge of what’s popular its just got allot to be desired as well. In rotation.
