πŸš’02. Gisbon (Version 2: Produced by Jerome Duffy)

This what it sounds like when someone should be in the mainstream so they just doing side quests musically. Theres 2 versions of this track, one produced by DadBeat and the other by Jerome Duffy. The DadBeat version left me with allot to be desired, its an emotional pop track but more of something along the lines of a hemorrhoid commercial or one of those bright colored visuals for sanitary napkins where a woman is frolicking in the wind. Its lovely and sweet but just a bit short and felt like the first part of something grand then it ends. The Jerome Duffy version has a bit more of a hip hop Mary J type bounce to it, that turns that same message into something more soulful and like snap poetry with a cold ass verse added. Her range is showcased here for sure in more ways than one and honestly both versions though the same song in theory they both do allot and can get the same spins either way. Great pacing, structure, quality with great contrast and no features, very dope. The talent is here it’s just a matter of time before the machine finds her and gives her the roles she needs to succeed more. In rotation.
