I never knew an album could be half absolute trash and half amazing. On some of the tracks you feel that being an artist comes naturally to him but on others, like “Too Easy” – it seemed as though it was named that due to the amount of effort it was given. The joint with Monae was dope though, I like Teezo’s soft side more than his rapping most of the time on this project. I was upset that I Don’t Think U C Me was the shortest track. All in all he has a good flow & his lyrics remind me of Kid Cudi content. It’s just that, with tracks like “Nu Nay” – he reminded me of the “Poopity Scoop” Kanye track & that cannot be forgiven. ‘Party pooper, don’t forget to wipe’ should never be lyrics on a Rap album. I still am trying to grasp how ‘The Original Was Better’ reminded me of Creed in the beginning & Diplo at the end. I’d give it a listen if you’re willing to question how an artist can be so hot & cold.
