Room temperature soup. The production, vocal engineering limited amount of time spent rapping stopped anything on here from being bad. SayMo has a few brief moments of melodic catchiness and a lot of potential. Pulling from his Armenian heritage, there is a lot of culturally relevant nods mixed in with modern sounding positive hip hop. The uplifting tone is the takeaway here. Too much music ends in disaster, perpetuating the violent culture that hip hop has become. There’s just one thing glaringly missing from this album and that Bars. A short 5 piece that you might want to check out.
