This is how an album is supposed to be done. Outside if the fact that off rip he lets you know he rap recorded and produced this, he also does everything he possibly could in those fields to completely show out and put together a complete project. The whole time he just kept impressing me and impressing me from his technical ability, his lightheartedness, humor and his love for the game while still being a student. While his raps would get better the beats did too, switchups and all. The subject matter followed this and even the features you felt had to really step it up. I don’t think an album can get more hip hop than this for 2022. Its so grounded that it reminded me that hip hop was positive originally. Also the way this closes out, I almost shed a happy tear. Thats hard to capture. In rotation.
