You can tell the direction he’s trying to go for with this project. That sad boy, Drake influenced type of feel that I ain’t mad at, but I don’t think he stuck the landing with this project. A lot of these songs blend together and it doesn’t help with how short most of these songs are. Instead of heartfelt music, which I assumed was the goal, I got attempts at making the kinda popular Sad Boy music without fully committing to it. The production was the star of this project. Every beat laid out a great foundation for good music, but he didn’t do em all justice. It’s a shame cause some of the samples on these beats high tear. Overall, I’m not revisiting this album.
5.5/10 – RecklessDWR
