This entire project is a journey. The best thing about this is the fact that hes taking all sorts of risks and approaches to sound that artists just don’t do nowadays but also keeping his hood, story and originality his. I felt like not only was I bopping, I was learning about how he sees Chiraq, and also I had moments of experiencing a pleasant mind fog, whether it was from sonics overload or getting trapped in some of his song ending switchups. Its not all clean and has some moments where things fall apart or overkill but its the thought that counts. He raps, sings, structures, and flows all over this, I wouldnt be surprised if he had a hand in the production and mix either. Just from one listen I know hes one of those creatives that just need a tighter circle and a few more honest and talent executive produces to iron out some of the small rough edges to become great. In rotation.
