If you’re a rapper, and think you got the hottest punches in the game, you’re wrong unless your name is RJ Payne. At least once every 4 bars here your getting caught with a devastator. No hooks, just haymakers all the way through this EP. This is my favorite kind of Payne, the man can tell a story but slick talk is where he shines.

Track 5 seems to have an open verse, but you better come with that heat. Cartune laid out some classic and aggressive boom bap for RJ to talk to em on. This isn’t music for the masses, its clever writing with attitude that challenges you to catch all the references and schemes, and I’m here for it.
